If the first installment is;iot paid when due, then both installments become delinquent, and ten per cent, penalty will be added to the full amount. Ara\ Road Taxes Must, be paid in first installment: The Treasurer is responsible for the taxes he could have col looted. Therefore, Tax-Payers should remember that their taxes MUST be paid every year. No County Order’will be paid to any person owing delinquent taxes. The sale of lands for delinquent, taxes begins on the Second Monday in February, 1886. For the collection of which I may be found at my office in Rensselaer, Jasper County.
