Jones, on the 10th day of October, 1885, brought suit against Ezra Tritt, on a complaint for Thirty Dollars and Fifty cents (|$30 50) said Ezra Tritt being a non-resident of Jasper county. Indiana, I issued at the request of plaintiff, on affidavit, a summons and writ of attachment against the property of said Ezra Tritt, returnable the 20th day of October.
