State of Indiana, * County of Jasper, f In th ■ Jasper Circuit Court, ( William IT. .Myers, Exparte. j JNo ' NOTICE is hereby given to all concerned that in the above entitled cause the Jasper Ciicuit Court, on the2lst day of January a. d. 1885, e: - tered judgment for the petitioner establishing the work prayed for, approving the assessments for benefits, and direc ing the undersigued James T. Randle, Commissioner of Drainage, to make and construct the proposed work. See Order Book Number 11, page 396 to 398. I now give notice to all concerned and especially to William H. Meyers, James 11. Turpit and William Turpie, Levanche Morrison, Levanche Kent, Heurv D. White Newman Snow, Theodore Harley. John W. Duvall, John Humes, Sarah A. Burns, William J.
