Our old-time friend, Jim Ruling, leader of the Monticello Band, paid Rensselaer a visit Wednesday. Presbyteiian. rho Presbyterian Sabbath is in good woiking order and the breaking of the jugs cleared the debt and placed a comfortable fund to the ceredit of t‘ e school, Bro, Ferguson was re-elected to the supenntendency with Prof. Kirsch assis’ant superintendant. On last Sabbath five young per sons were admitted to full communion. Rev. Small will preach on the 3rd Sabbath of March and continue through the ensuing week to be followed by communion on the 4th Sabbath. This service will close his yeax being the the third year in ail that he has supplied the pulpit of this church. Coke Henkle of Wichita, Kansas, is visiting his friends *n this county. Esq. He had been unwell for several days and supposed to have been insane, as no other cause can be assigned for the rash act.
