Brookston Reporter: A dog wol f was killed Monday about five miles northeast of Broekston in the day time. It was routed by Ed Colwo 11 and Ed Haff near the Widow Half’s who gave it chase and fired at it a few times at a distance. It took up the road In the lane and dodged by the travlers whom it met one of whom hit it with a club and an ther shot at it after it had passed by without serious effect Will tLdff finally succeeded in getting in an effective shot which took effect.
