Regular as Clock Work.

There does not seem to be much regularity about city life, and yet a downtown man insists that it is regular as clock work. “Go out,” says he, “at various times of the day for fifty years and you will see people that you never saw befoi e, but make it a point to go on certain streets at certain hours and you will meet the same men, worn *n, and boys day after day. Where they are all going to nobody knows, but it is clear that they pass the same way at certain hours every day. I have noticed it lor years and have made a study of it.”— Chicago Herald.
