IT appearing by affidavit this dav filed in the office of ihe Clerk of the Jasper Clrcnit Court that the above named defendants are all n cessary parties to the above entitled action, the ob ject of which is to subject tbe property of th , defendant Leon rd W. Raymond and hrs rio-hts, credits and choses in action in the hands o? his co. efeedants, to the payment of any judgment which may be obtained for the support of plaintifi as the abandoned wife of said defendant. And that said Leonard W. Raymond is not a resid nt of the State of Indiana. Notice of the pendency of said action is therefore given to said Leonard W. Raymond, and that the same will sta d for hearing at the next term of said Court to be be un an held at the Court House, in the Town of Rensselaer.
