[Galveston (Tex.) djspatchj Day before yesterday a murderous assault and outrage was committed on Mrs Juheman, wife of a dairyman residing three miles down the island, and late tonight the body of her assailant, Bichard Flichsig, ■was found strung up by the neck to a cedar tree.
