THE IMPENDING CONFLICT. The recent elections have revealod political conditions which will, without doubt, make the Presidential election next tall the greatest political conflict of our history. Fellow Democrats, there are conditions upon which we may reasonably reckon a probable success. These conditions, and theyjare the only ones, are a united and great effort.
