Mr*. Ann Laoour, of New Orleans, Tj_, writes: “I have a eon who has been sick for two years; he has been attended by our leading physicians, bnt all to no purpose. This morning he had his usual spell of coughing and was so greatly prostrated in conso juenee that death seemed imminent. We had in the house a bottle of Dr. Wm.
