§§» ®*m. FLU DAT, JUNE 13,1854 GREENBACK CONVENTION. The County Central Cojnmittjee of the Greenback Labor Party, met the Court House, in Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, for the purpose of fixing a time to hold a County Convention for nominating a county ticket, and decided to hold the convention on tne 21st of June. The representatives to be three delegates for each tow; ship and three for each town. The secretary was requested to procure some able speaker to address the people of Jasper county on the day of the Convention. Bon. Hiram Z. Leonard, candidate for Governor, and Hon. John B. Milroy, candidate for Lieutepant Governor, will be present and address the people on the issues of the day. All are cordially invit-. d to attend. The central committee will hold a meeting on the day of the convention in the court house, at 10 o’clock, a. m. A full and prompt attendance is re* quested.
