The teachers of our c ounty, whose terms of sehool have expired, can, we would suggest, do-nothing better, if they intend to coition© in the pro session. than to attend the Rensselaer High School during the Spring Term lust opening. They will find the course of study /ill that they can desire, or that th y will find else where. They “will be permitted to select special studies from all those included in the course, thus obtaining just what may especially needed by each teacher. The expecse is mucn less than the expense of at tendance at institutions far l her from home; and we feel fully wan<*nted in saying that the educational work is much more thorough than in many institutions of higher pretensions throughout the State. Iti; certainly desirable that we should have the means within our own county of supplying the educational wants of our common school teachers.
