Adam Assessor elect of Gillam, has resigned for the reasor that he could not spars the time from his own affairs, and our very worthy young friend, Austin Rathfou, has been appointed by the Auditor to fill the vacancy. A more excellent appointment could not have teen made, Mr; R. is a young man of good judgment end will, we think, make a good Assessor.
