Notice Is hereby given to all concerned that in the above entitled cause the Jasper Circuit Court, on the 13th day of July, 1883, entered judgment for the petitioner establishing the work prayed for, approving the assessments for benefits, and directing the undersigned, James Welsh, to make and construct the proposed worK. Reference is made to the petition and order or said Court. fSee Order Book No. 11, pages 185 to 188 inclusive.) I now give notice to all concerned, and esnecially to John Wood, Alfred Hoover, Wm. M. Hoover, W. M. A copy ot said assessments has been by me duly recorded in the Recorder’s Office, and affects the lands of the following persons named in said proceedings, to* wit: Michael Brusnehan, John Oarlin Alfred Thompson, Simon P. Thompson, Mary F. Thompson, Jams* Yeoman, Frank B. Meeker, Gordelia P. Monnett., Ann Eliza Burns, James Burns, George J. Haste, Theodore F. Warne, Louisville, New Albany & Chicago Railway Company, and Jasper County, Indiana, forgbenefits to public highways in Union township.
