Notice Is hereby given to all concerned that in the above entitled cause the Jasper Circuit Court, on the 13th day of July, 1883, entered judgment for the petitioner establishing the work prayed for, approving the assessments for benefits, and directing the undersigned, James Welsh, to make and construct the proposed worK.
