The New England Telegraph Company has been incorporated at Boston, to ran wires from that city to Bangor. The loss is placed at <200,000. • C. E. Heath, of Chicopee, Mass., rode a tricycle eight miles down Mount Washington in fifty-five minutes. A horrible accident, due to the carelessness of the victims, occurred near Pittsburgh, on the Baltimore and Ohio railroad. Three men stepped out of the way of a freight train into the very front of an express train, and were instantly ground to death.
