Reference is made to the petition and order or said Court, (wfee Order Book No. 11, pages 185 to 188 inclusive.,) I now give notice to all concerned, and esoecially to John Wood, Alfred Hoover, Wm. M. Hoover, W. M. Reed, Charles J Bomtrager, J R Heaston, heirs of Isaac Adams, dec’d, and Jasper county for benefits to public highways in Manon township, all named in said judgment as liable to pay assessmeat for that purpose, and 1 shall proceed to have said work constructed.
