NOTICE is hereby given to the citizens* of the Town of Remington, and of Carpenter township. in Jasper countv, and State of ludiuna, tint the undersigned James* F, Ellis, a white male inhabitant oi Kiiid town,(township, county and state, over the age of twenty one years, a fit person to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, and not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county and State of Indiaua. at their regular September Term, A.
