No bid will be entertained unless accompanied by a bond payable to the State of Indiana, and signed by at least two freehold sureties in the penal sum of five hundred dollars, guaranteeing the faithful performance and execution of the work so bld for. in case the same is awarded to sneh bidder, and that he will promptly pay all debts incurred by him in the prosecution of such work, including labor, materials famished, and for boarding laborers thereon, and to suffer no unsound mi t;rial to be used in the construction thereof, nor in any war suffer any part ot the work to be slighted. A. Lamborn, and one over Curtis Creek, near the residence of Joseph Yeoman, both in Jasper county, Indiana.) according to plans and specifications on file in the Auditor's Office.
