Bio bid will be entertained unless accompanied by a bond payable to the State of Indiana, and signed by at least two freehold sureties in the penal sum of five hundred dollars, guaranteeing the faithful performance and execution of tne work so bid for. in ease the same is awaroed to such bidder, and that he will promptly pay all debts incurred by him in the prosecution of sneh work. including labor, materials furnished, and for boarding laborers thereon, and to suffer no unsound mi t >- rial to be used in the construction thereof, nor in any way suffer any part ot the work to be slighted.
