It appearing by affidavit this day filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Jasper C rcuit Court that all of the above named defendants are necessary parties to the above entitled action, the object of which is to quiet title to Real Estate, mid for the foreclosure of a lien for taxes paid thereon, and that the defendant Joseph Parker is a non-resident of the State of Indiana. .
