NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS AND, BUILDERS. NEW SCHOOL HOUSE. Sealed proposals will bn received at iho office of Mordecai F. Chilcote, Secretary of the School Board in and for the town <>f Rensselaer, Indiuna. until 12 o’clock, noun, ol Friday, September loth, 1382, for furnishing all the materials and labor required in the erection, construction, and completion of a XIW SCHOOL BUIIJMN'U in and for the school town us Rensselaer, in the State of Indiana, according to plans and specifications now on tile in s lid Secretary’s office. Said building to be completed on or before the 15th day of July, 1888 The Contractor will bn required to give bond in the penal sum of Fire Thnwaitd Dollars, with two good nmidt-nt freehold sureties, for the faithful performance of the contract. Payments will be made on monthly estimates, but not to exceed eighty per cent , of such estimates will be paid until the completion of the building.
