NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That by virtue of an order of the Jasper Circuit Court., the undere'gned, Administrator of the Estate of John Clark, deceased, will otter for sale at private sale, for not less thau its full appraised value, at the Law Office of Thompson & Bro., In Rensselaer, Indiana, on SATURDAY, JULY the 22d, 1882, all of the following described Real Estate, to wit: The west half of the north-east quarter of Section Thirty-five (85) in Township Thirty (30) north of Range Seven (7] west; 80 acres, more or less, in Jasper countv, Indiana. Terms or Saus—One.third cash. The residue in equal payments at Nine and Eighteen months with notes at interest waiving benefit of appraisement and secured by good freehold sureties. Sale to begin at 2 o’clock, P. M. If said Real Estate remains unsold at said time the same can be purchased thereafter of said Administrator upon the same terms, for not less than its full apnraised value- Said land is appraised at $1550. Smith, deceased, to- wit • The south-east quarter of the north-east quarter of Section thtriy-two (821 in Township thirty (30) north of Range five [s] west, in Jasper county, In the State of Indiana., The Terms of Sale are as follows:—One-thizd down, and the balance in Niue and Eighteen months in equal amounts, the purchaser giving notes for the same with approved freehold surety bearing six per cent, interest, waiving valuation appraisement laws.
