On June 9th the School Board reorganized by electing Mr. Ezra L." Clark, President, Hon. R. S. Dwiggins. Treasurer, and M. F. Chilcote, Sucre tary. Mr. Chihote, the outgoing Treasurer, made his settlement with the Commissioners, and turned over to his successor in office, Mr. Dwiggius, the balance in his hands, as fol-' lows: Special School Fund $258,64; — Tuition Fund, $558,01. Total am’t turned over, $816,65.
