The New Apportionment.
Washington, Jan. 30. The House Committee on Census has virtual, ly agreed to increase the number of Representatives from the State of Illinois from twenty to twenty-one, which will make the total number of Representatives 320 instead of 319, as proposed by the McCord bill.
