We clip the following from the Chicago Times, of yesterday: Indianapoeis, Aug. 10.- Articles of consolidation of the Louisville, New Albany and Chicago, and the Chicago aud Indianapolis Air Line Railway companies have been filed with the state secretary. 1 Capital stock $5,000,000. Tho old directory of the Louisville, New Albany and Chicago is retained, with R. S. Yeatch, president. The Air-Line is the road now in operation between Rensselaer and Delphi, connecting with the other at Bradford, in White county, aud the consolidated company will now push forward tho construction from Rensselaer to Chicago, and from Delphi to this city.
