Newspaper Decisions1. Subscribers who do not riveexpress notice o the contrary are considered wishing to continue their subscription. 2. If subscribers order the discontinuance of their periodicals the publishers may continue to send them until all arrearages are paid. 3. Every effort is being made by .the officers of the Jasper county Agricultural and Mechanical Association to have the coming fair excel all others heretofore held at this place. Ti e reduction in entry fees and tho increase in premiums offered will have a good tendency to stir up competition.
