County Greenback Convention.

At an informal meeting of the friends of the National Gieenback Labor party, held at the Court House in Rensselaer on the 11th of June, the undersigned were appointed a committee to call a county convention to meet at the Court House in Rensselaer on Saturday, the 2nd of July. 1881, to reorganize the National Greenback Labor party of Jasper county by the appointment of a county central committee, on the principles of that party announced in the state and national platforms of the last year and now advocated by the leading greenback papers and speakers of the parry. Wo therefore invite all, without regard to any previous political associations, who now fully embrace the principles of the new, growing partv, and expect in the future to act with it and vote for candidates fully identified with these principles in all coming elections, until they are established in the legislation of the country, to meet with us on that day and participate in such organization. June 11, 1881. W. C, Tierce, S. W. Ritchey, Geo. Skitzinger.
