Phillips his Attorneys, and in open Court flies his amended compliunt herein, together with an affidavit that the residence of the defendants. The unknown heirs of James E.-Stokes, deceased, is unnown, that they are necessary parties to the above entitled action, the object of which is to quiet title to real estate.
