Strange Freak of a Cat.
A Brussels journal relates the following anecdote of a cat in that city, and declares it to be a positive fact : The mistress of the cat having drowned all its young ones, the poor animal suffered much from excess of milk, and was observed for some days afterward to make her appearance only at meal time.
