The “Certificates of Honor” will not be sent to the teachers for pre~ sentaticn to their “perfect pupils,” as some suppose. They will first have to be issued by order of the County Board of Education, which order cannot he made until their meeting in May. They will he presented by the Comity Sup’t in sncli manner and at such time and place as he shall hereafter designate. Teachers in making their final reports will please place a star opposite the names of those who have lost no time for the whole term.
