SHERIFF’S SALEBY VIRTUE of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, in a cause wherein John Makeever is Plaintiff, and John A. Benson, Sarah A- Benson, Ralpfl Fendig, Abraham Leopold, Cornelius M. Horner. James H. Turpio, Emma-T. Turpie, William Turpie, Mary F. Turpie, The Walter A. Wood Mowing and Heaping Machine Comuany, George T. Jones, and Jones, the wife of Goorge T. Jonoß,-are Defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Four Hundred and Seven-ty-eight dollars and Forty-three cents, with interest on said decree and costs, I will expose at Public sale, to the highest bidder. on Saturday,’ the 28th Day of February, A. D. 1880, between the hours of Iff o’clock A. M. and 1 o'clock P. M„ of said day, at the door of the Court House in the Town of Bensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, the following real estate , to wit: The easthalf 04) of the south-west quarter Oi) of section seventeen (17], and the nortn-east quarter 04) of the north-west quarter 04) if section twenty (20), all in township twenty-eight [2B) north of range five (5) west, in Jasper county, and State of Indiana. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs. I tvill, at the same time and place, expose to public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs.
