Up to Sept 1 the receipts of refunding certificates for conversion into 4-per-cent, bonds aggregated #35,7(4;,000. The total issues of the 4-per-cent, loan by the Treasury Department amounted to $740,795,300, leaving $726,600 not yet disposed of. SILVER DOLLARS.
