- The Normal is working. Teachers and pupils enthusiastic. The Misses Hogan are visiting the Normal. We are all glad to see them among us again. Perhaps no greater interest has ev* er been manifested in a Normal Institute than is shown by teachers and pupils in the Normal work this year. There is and will be a call for professional teachers. This fact necessitates Normal work on the part of those who expect in the fuiture to be recognized as Teachers. The xnuch-neglect9d, though very important branch, Penmanship, is being taught about right in theNoimal. The public in general are invited to
