SaleofSchoolLands NOTICE is hereby given tkac the undersigned Auditor and Treasurer of Jasper County, and State of Indiana, will offer for Sale, at Public Auction, at the door of the Court House, iu lionsselaer, on Saturday, lie 12th Day of July, 1879, the following Lands, situated in said County and State, which have been forfeited to the State of Indiana for the non-payment of interest thereon, and which Lands were offered for sale at Public Auction, at the door of 3he Court House, in Rensselaer, said County and State, on the 24th day of March, 1879, and failed to sell for want of bidders, and were bid in for the State of Indiana, for the use ot the School Fund, which Lands have been appraised, as required by law, at the amounts hereinafter stated, and described as follows, to- wit: The west half of Ihe south-west quarter of Section sixteen (le].
