The courts have decided that “refusing to take, periodicals from the office or removing and leaving them uncalled for, is prima facia evidence of intentional t'nuid.” 6. Any person who receives a newspaper and makes use of it, whOther he has ordered it or not, is held in law to be a subscriber. 7.
