The other of a red and white color, a smooth crop off of the right ear, and under half of the left ear off, supposed to be one year old last spring. D. 1879, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. Owen Sullivan and Ellen Sullivan are non-residents of the State of Indiana, and that they are necessary parties to said action. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the 24tb day of March. 1879, the same being the Eighth Day of the next Tern, of the Jasper Circuit Court, commencing on the Third Monday of March, a. d. 1879, at the Court House, in Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heardand determined in their absence.
