Horace won’t publish the entire replj of the Messenger to his struesures, and before he crows, should interview the “ex-commissioner” referred to. But the consul won’t do that. Persons indebted to him are requested to call and settle at once, as he can wait no longer. Church Festival for Benefit of Rev. Mr. Vanscoy. Whereas, The Rensselaer Class is over a hundred dollars in arrears on Brother Vanscoy’s salary, and since he very much needs every cent which is due him, the stewards suggest that the ladies of his congregation assist.them in raising this amount by giving a festival, to be held on Thursday evening, August 29, in the M.
