TAKE NOTICE. Tax-payers of Jasper county are hereby notified that the second installment of taxes for the current year is due; and that the penalty attaches to all delinquents on the first Monday in November. By provisions of the statute, which are imperative and allow the collector no discretionary power, propel ty is now subject to distraint and saie for the collection of taxes. HEART I.
