Thompson and John Tanner, will hereby take notice that I am the owner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section eight (8) township thirty-one (31) north of rang; six (6) west in Jasper county, Indiana, and that on Tuesday, October 230, 1877,1 will proceed with the Surveyor of Jasper county to make a legal survey of said section, and establish the lines and corner thereto.
