Doctors Differ

So far as I have been able to judge the Southern people were as enthusiastic and loyal to the representative of the government as ary. I found that the correct and true sentiment and desire of the people was to return to former friendship and good feeling with all sections, and that the sentiment in these (Southern) States was identical with that of the New England States.—R.
