Indiana, a petition le the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, Indiana, ask ing for the construction of a certain Ditch in Manon Township, Jasper county, Indiana, s hereinafter described; and on the sth day of June, 1877, the same being the second day of the June Term, 1877, of the Comm ssioners Court of said Jasper county, and said Court being in Regular Session, appointed James Yeoman, David Nowcls Ind Samuel P. Howard Viewers in this cause, and that they file their report of the result of their vie v with the Auditor of Jasper county, on or before the 25th day of •Tuly,J ß77 ’ and on the 19th day of Julv. 1877 said Viewers filed their said report with the Auditor of said Jasper county, after having first subscribed ana sworn to the same according to law.
