If suffering from a lame, weak or aching back they think that it is only a muscular weakness: when urinary trouble sets in thej- think it will soon correct itself. And so it is that with all the other symptoms of kidney disorders. That is just where the danger lies. You must cure these troubles or they lead to diabetes or Bright's disease. The best remedy to use is Dean’s Kidney Pills. It cures all ills which are caused by weak or : diseased kidneys. Decatur people testify to permanent cures. Sam Ruggles, living about three miles south of Decatur on the road to Willshire, says: “I suffered for several years with j what I thought was rheumatism. At • times, I thought that every bone in ] my body ached and it was with diffi- 1 culty that I could get around. I was. so sore right across the small of my’ back and so weak that I was in con-; stant misery. At times It became so severe that I could not leave the house. Stooping caused me agony and when I straightened again I suffered more. I consulted several doctors and : used their medicines and applied lini-i meat without benefit and I continued: I to get worse and worse. One day -while ‘ in Decatur, I was complaining to a : friend of mine, and he advised me to get Doan's Kidney Pills, sajing that they had cured him of severe trouble. • I got a box at the Holthouse Drug' Co.’s store and before 1 had used all of them. J could walk around without > a support and I continued using the: remedy until all the aching, weakness,: and soreness was removed and I felt i well and strong again. I have not had any trouble wth mj’ kidneys since 11 used Doan’s Kidney Pills and I can j go out and work as well as I ever could. I feel like a new man.” For sale by all dealers. Price 59 cents. Tke Ntae In the Calendar. The figure 9, which came into the calendar on Jan. L 1889. will stay with us 111 years from that date, or until Dec. 31,1999. No other figure has ever had such a long consecutive run, and the 9 itself has only once before been in a race which lasted over a centurythat in which I* continuously figured from Jan. 1, 889, until Dec. 31. 999, a period of 111 years. The figures 3 and 7 occasionally fall into odd combinations, but neither of them has ever yet served for a longer period than 100 consecutive years in our calendar since the present mode of calculating time was established. It is also clear that from their relative positions among the numerals it is an impossibility for either of them to appear in date reckonings continuously for a longer period than a century.
