A deal was conxiuuated late yesterday afternoon whereby Fred Kiehenberyer became the owner of the John S. Colchin restaurant, and will take pi«M-ssioii of the same next Monday morning. He just recently sold u half interest in the People's restaurant, but was unable to stay out of business and a deal was made with Mr. Colchin. The place Mr. FiehcnlM-rger has purchased is centrally located and has always done atloiirishing business under the skillful management of Mr. Colchin and the public will miss his pleasing countenance about this business place. Mr. Colchin is as yet undetermined as to what he will do.
