July 13.—The state I board of medical registration today revoked the license of Dr. Marie Tieler of Evansville, now in prison for practicing al»ortion The board is considering smilar action in other cases. Fullers and two sons returned from St. Louis, last week, after a few days' visit there with Mr. and Mrs. Burton Fuller. , It is with regret that we state the critical condition of Sylvester Hill, who was lately admitted to the hospital at Richmond. The direct cause of his affliction is due 1i ’ an injury received from a fall from a wagon, falling backwards to the groundjin such a position as to injure the spine and also to cause a slight concussion of fie brain. Tas accident was a few weeks prior to the date of his illness, which was January, 1904, from which time he never rallied, but declined rapidly, both physically and mentally. Word was received from the superintendent of the hospital Monday morning, stating that there was only a very slight change for the better in his physical condition, but mentally no better. He also stated that'when he was received there he was in a very weak, phy sical condition and his strength almost exhausted. There seems to l>e no hope extended for his recovery. But the family and friends still hipa that he may be restored to health again. J
