Tin boys fully expect to make their fortune in this new field. The case of Louis Fruchte againthe Clover Leaf railroad wherein it is alleged that owing to the negligence of the railroad company in not pla< ing a car al Peterson where the said Fruchte desired the same that he was delayed in shipping one hundred and eighty head of hogs to the East Bnf falo market, thereby entailing a loss of seventy five dollars. The case was tried before Square Smith, who ren dered judgment in favor of Frucht' for •'■75.57 and assessed the cos’against the company. Litterer and Fruchte represented the plaintiff and A. P. Beaty the railroad. The can will be appealed.
