Mrs. John Coffee went to Fort Wayne this morning to visit for a few days with relatives. Mrs. Henry Hawk went to Fort Wayne this morning to visit over Sunday with relatives. Mr. and Bob Case of Mag ley, passed through this city this morning enroute to Fort Wayne. Mrs. Cline returned to Fort Wayne last evening. While here she was the guest of relatives. N. G. Funkhauser went to Fort Wayne last evening to meet his family, who are enroute from Chicago. Mrs. Fitzmaurice arrived last evening from Winchester, and is the guest of her sister, Mrs. Pat Hyland. Miss Blanch Carrol left last evening for Bellfountaine, Ohio, where she will make a visit with Miss Salesbury.

Mr. and Mrs. Kelley returned to Van Buren today. While here . they were the guests of relatives. Rev. Cook, of Warren, will preach at the Baptist church tomorrow , morning and evening. Mrs. Gehring, of Huntington, is in the city, a guest of her sister, Miss Pearl Breiner. Miss Josephine Niblick went to Ft. Wayne this morning to take her usual music lesson. A. T. Vail returned to Ft. Wayne tais morning. While here he was attending to timber business. A. J. Smith returned this morning from Southern Indiana, where he was attending to timber business. Rufus Stuckey arrived this morning from Berne and resumed his work with Charlie Voglewede, the shoe man. Mrs. Archbold returned to Bluffton today after visiting here for a few days with her daughter, Mrs. Hilderbrand. Another large crowd was present today listening to the musical concert rendered at Gay & Z wick’s furniture store by Miss Jackson. These concrets are becoming well known and gaining for the store a great popularity. Meetings at Calvary Evangelical church east of town will continue during the coming week. The services have been well attended and interest manifested is good. The Rev. A. B. Haist, the pastor, is conducting same. Messrs. Bowman & King, of the great Indiana Horse company, will be here on Monday, with a carload of horses. The reputation of this firm is a sufficient guarantee of the class of horses they handle. These will be sold at our regular Monday’s auction Riverside Sales Stables.— Pittsburg News.
