ARGUMENTS BEGIN Big Damage Case Will Go to Jury Tomorrow Case of McKean vs City of Decatur Taken to Allen County on Change of Venue. The evidence in the big MyerGlendening oil. damage case was concluded at noon today and arguments began immediately after dinner, C. J. Lutz opening for the plaintiff, followed by Frank Dailey for the defense. Each side was allowed three and a half hours and the case will go to the jury at about noon tomorrow. —o— The plaintiff in the case of George E. McKean vs The city of Dceatur, asked for a change of venue and the case was sent to the superior court of Allen county for trial. —o — The will of William Beeler was probated in court today. He bequeaths his property in equal shares to his ten children after funeral expenses are paid. He appoints Enos Beeler and Daniel Beeler as executors.
