NEW STREETS. Geneva Lets Contract to Hipskind 4 Sons. They Will Build Thirty-One Thousand Dollars Worth of Streets. Geneva's new brick streets look now like a reality, as the contract has been let to Hipskind & Sons, of Wabash, for the metropolitan block at <2.09 per square yard Clark J. Lutz an attorney was present and had in charge the legal part of the agreement that ' now exists between the town and the contractor. The contract covers L ine sreet from the eastern to the western corporation limit and in total will cost 131,000 including brick street, cement walks and sewer. The walk the entire length of the street will be uniform and when it all is complete it will be one of the handsomest thoroughfares in any town in the country. \ Extreme good judgement was dis- ; 1 played in building the sidewalk at ; the time the street is being built as 1 there is nothing so adds to the I beauty of such an improvement as uniformity.
