Bluffton News. It is now up to the insurance com ' panies doing business in the city to j reduce the rate of premium for fire insurance. According to their custom of basing the rate largely on the measure of fire protection afforded. Bluffton merchants are entitled to a I good cheap rate. The fire protection at.the present time in the city is far better than almost any other town in I Indiana and the companies should get . together to make a more equitable rate. Bluffton Banner.
