Ossie and Charlotte Frisinger returned to their homes at Rockford , after visiting here for a few days with John Frisinger and family. Dr. J. W. Vizard went to Marion this evening to see the daughter of Hurry Worden who is seriously sick with typhoid fever. Miss Worden is a neice of Mrs. Vizard. In order to cut off a distance of 103 miles the Southern Pacific Company has built a large trestle 26 1-2 miles long across an arm of the Great Salt Lake. This trestle is | considered one of the features of I American railway engineerin ' and | its complettion was celebrated several days ago by railway dignitaries I and officials from all over the conn try. The structure is so long that trains when near its middle are entirely from sight of land, a very jmiouliar condition for a railway train. I It is the ultimate intention of the enignecr jn charge to support the trestle or rather replace it by a solid embankment and filling in has already been commenced.
